Description

DAS1820 Portable High-Speed Data Acquisition System

The DAS1820 is a cutting-edge, portable high-speed data acquisition system equipped with a compact dual-slot chassis. It utilises the same robust hardware architecture and module ecosystem as the larger DAS1800, ensuring exceptional performance in a more streamlined design. This shared platform empowers users with plug-and-play functionality, enabling quick module reconfiguration without the hassle of factory recalibration.

Modules

DAS1800 Series Module OptionsFor high-speed measurements, the D18-UNI4 and D18-HVM4 modules deliver simultaneous sampling at impressive rates of up to 1 MSa/s. The HVM4 module is engineered for high-voltage measurements, capable of handling up to ±1500 VDC or 1000 Vrms. Moreover, the D18-MUX8 is available for capturing slower trends with its eight multiplexed channels. With an internal 500 GB solid-state drive and an optional battery offering up to four hours of field operation, this instrument guarantees long-duration recording even in the most remote locations.

Operation and Software

The DAS1820 software environment is designed for maximum efficiency and advanced analysis. Users can configure up to three different sampling rates, enabling the recording of single or multiple files simultaneously. The system excels in complex power analysis for DC, single-phase, and three-phase systems (50 Hz, 60 Hz, and 400 Hz), alongside custom script channels for real-time calculations across multiple channels.

Interact with your data seamlessly through the integrated 12-inch HD touchscreen, which supports intuitive gestures like pinch-to-zoom for real-time waveforms, phasor diagrams, and histograms. Additionally, the DAS1820 offers remote control capabilities via a web server or VNC and comes with complimentary DASpro software for PC-based data viewing.
