Description
FOTRIC P7MiX Acoutherm Camera
The FOTRIC P7MiX Acoutherm Camera combines a professional thermal camera with an advanced acoustic camera, providing precise measurement, high-definition imaging, and evaluation of leaks and partial discharges.
It features a cutting-edge 640 x 480 thermal resolution camera and a 162-microphone channel professional acoustic imager for detection and diagnosis of remote acoustic signal patterns.
The FOTRIC P7MiX has three modes of operation:
Thermal Mode
Thermal Mode is the perfect mechanism to switch to when encountering instruments such as: Electrical equipment, transmission devices, high-temperature containers, insulation equipment, and other equipment with potential thermal failure risks. The thermal camera element also features MagicThermal®, an AI-based auto-recognition and feature contour mark-up system, and TurboFocus® smart focusing for image clarity at any distance and position. The below video explains this further.
Thermal Camera Features:
- 640 x 480 Infrared Resolution
- 1280 x 960 Super Resolution
- Thermal Sensitivity (NETD) <30mK@30°C
- 30 Hz Frame Rate
- 25° x 19° Field of View
- 0.25m Minimum Focus Distance
Acoustic Mode
The AI-empowered Acoustic Mode is invaluable for detecting partial discharge, gas pipeline leakage and abnormal noise or vibration. The Acoustic camera element features Signal Delay Mode (T-FFTD®), an AI-based auto-recognition and feature contour mark up. This extrapolates intermittent signals to enhance camera detectability.
Acoustic Camera Features:
- 162 MEMS digital microphones
- 66° x 52° Acoustic Image Field of View
- 200 kHz Sound Sampling Rate
- 25 Hz Acoustic Refresh Rate
- 0.3 to 100m Working Distance
MiX Mode
The device’s MiX Mode simultaneously displays real-time thermal and acoustic images on the 5-inch LCD screen, enabling comprehensive and accurate analysis of equipment faults from multiple perspectives. This enhances inspection efficiency and quality.
