ProfiMessage D Modular Stand-alone Data Logger from Delphin Technology.

ProfiMessage D enables measurement data to be acquired quickly and easily. Designed as a modular measuring, control and monitoring device, ProfiMessage D possesses the capabilities to function as an IT module in a smart factory.

The series of devices is designed to monitor processes as well as automate test stands. These devices measure data quickly, precisely and under galvanic solation, as well as when intelligent pre-processing and monitoring of data is required.

ProfiMessage D enables applications to be designed in practical, comprehensible and forward-looking ways. An OPC UA software interface makes this possible by enabling open data exchange between all systems within a company no matter what operating systems, busses, protocols and drivers are used.

ProfiMessage D’s modular design is based on the use of master and slave devices. Slave devices can be decentrally located and managed from a single master device. Data exchange between master and slaves takes place via a real time expansion bus using robust dual-wire technology. Each device can be equipped with one or two I/O modules. Each I/O module can be supplied with 8–24 analogue or digital inputs and outputs. A large number of I/O modules means systems can be adapted to different sensor types as well as to the number of channels required. Depending on the I/O module being used, each input can be individually configured for measuring mV, mA, RTDs and thermocouples. Universal inputs  for voltage, current and temperature measurement make ProfiMessage D devices extremely flexible.

The devices inputs and outputs are differential, high-precision and galvanically isolated – from each other and from the power supply. Earth loops are effectively suppressed. In addition to these modules, a range of fieldbus interfaces are also available. Easy connections are possible to PLC control systems for data exchange purposes.

Compact stand-alone data logger from Delphin Technology.

The Loggito Logger is an autonomous data logger with internal measurement data storage capabilities. Integrated software channels enable easy configuration of monitoring and calculation procedures. The device has an extended range of possible applications, including monitoring and alerting.

Loggito Gate version is the ideal solution for logging and recording machine data in measurement networks, as well as for control. With the integrated Ethernet connection and the available OPC UA (server/client) and Modbus TCP standards, it can be used multifunctionally. From a pure Modbus or OPC logger to a transmission solution in a DAQ software, many applications are possible.

Vibration monitoring data logger – Compact, intelligent and fast

The Expert Vibro Vibration monitoring data logger is equipped with a high powered, dual core FPGA processor, based on ARM technology. Consequently, users have ample reserves of processing power when needed. Flexible switching is possible between measuring voltages, currents, IEPE or shaft vibration sensors. Another benefit is the integrated comparators and digital inputs, which result in flexible and speed-synchronised triggering. You can also monitor your measurement data online and digital outputs can be switched in milliseconds when limit values are exceeded. Additionally, you can record process data by using the relevant modules.

Vibrations deliver information on the condition of bearings, shafts and machinery and consequently have a major effect on quality levels in production processes. They should be continuously acquired, intelligently evaluated and condensed into meaningful data for monitoring. In critical situations, machinery needs to be shut down within milliseconds.

The Expert Vibro provides analysis and monitoring functions, and intelligent signal processing. You also benefit from an independent data storage capability and versatile fieldbus connections.

This modular system for signal processing comes with a range of pre-processing functions. Filters, such as high, low, or bandpass with rectifiers, integrators, differentiators or decimators can be selected to make up a pre-processing sequence. Moreover, multiple pre-processing sequences are able to run in parallel in order to evaluate an input signal. Significantly, this provides you with an especially high level of flexibility.

Another benefit is the precise analysis of non-periodic signals, such as in fault diagnostics. In continuous sampling mode, you can record even the smallest of irregularities. The Expert Vibro also measures, monitors and records fully independently. It is equipped with its own internal data storage capability making it especially reliable and secure.

Expert Vibro is suitable for many different types of application. It has universal sensor inputs which can be switched, via software, to the sensor type required.
