    The AD7832 series is a range of torque sensors with distributed force detection, created with A&D’s DSP technology and high-speed telemetry technology.

    The series can measure and display high-speed detailed phenomena faster and at a higher resolution than conventional sensors. The Rotation Torque Sensor is designed for in shaft torque measurement e.g. as used for test beds for powertrain development.

    TEAC TC-WLD(T) Compression Load Cell.

    The TC-WLD(T) is a ready-to-use strain-gauge load cell. It has been designed specifically for pressure force measurement on spot welding machines in industrial production lines. This load cell consists of a handy all-metal housing with a spring-loaded handle ensuring safe operation. The load cell comes with a 6-core shielded 1 meter cable with two robust PRC connectors as standard. This allows quick and safe connection with devices such as the TEAC TD-01 Portable indicator.

    The TC-WLD(T) has many benefits. Firstly it can be used for forces up to 10 kN or 20 kN and has a safe overload handling of 120 percent. Additionally, linearity is as high as one percent (10 kN) or two percent (20 kN). Furthermore, the compensated temperature range from zero to 50 degrees Celsius guarantees exact measurement results even under adverse environmental conditions.

    Lastly, the built-in Transducer Electronic Data Sheet (TEDS, IEEE 1451.4) allows auto-identification and auto-calibration of the load cell to ensure time-saving setup and avoid scaling and calibration errors.

    Applications

    • Ideal for measuring pressure force between electrodes of resistance welding machines, such as in spot welding of factory automation and automobile production lines.
    • In combination with the digital TEAC TD-01 Portable indicator, on-site pressure calibration or control can be accomplished safely and easily.
